You'll notice that a higher percentage of high-midwit IQ are reddit/atheist types, but the actual hight IQs are believers more often than not
Problem is there's just a ton of midwits and very few legit high intelligence individuals so you don't hear from them too much
You'll also note that a function of the midwit is to broadcast his ignorance from the treetops; you rarely find a true high IQ telling everyone how smart he is because he's truly overwhelmed by the paradoxical complexity, simplicity and beauty of existence itself
