The only example I can think of this actually happening is Steven Universe. Greg got rich, and then... he stayed the same person as he was, but with money now.
Most cartoons are like
>poor person gets money
>they suddenly act fucking stupid and greedy
>lose all the money
>moral: life isn't all about money
But Greg didn't suddenly change who he was. Sure, he went on a vacation, he rented a boat, but the only thing he splurged on was buying a car (a USED car, because he still has a mindset of a low income dude).
I liked that.
