and THAT is the moment these morons realized, or at least had begun to realize what they just released. Twice now Moro has done something shady that they didn't notice until after the fact. There's no putting him back in the cage. And he KNOWS they can't, and are too desperate to have a real backup plan. This is a really scary villain.
