You need to force it generate your prompt verbatim.
What I did was to copy de3u, and make Claude write a new interface for it that is not dependent on Gradio. Maybe even de3u would still work for you? It has the function that forces it to generate your prompt verbatim. Still works. My interface shows the revised prompt and the promptrevision kicks in only few times out of many.
In my screencap i used a no-no word (abs) and a brand name. The "revised prompt" field is small but you can see it was not altered and was made in anime style.
