You need to force it generate your prompt verbatim.
What I did was to copy de3u, and make Claude write a new interface for it that is not dependent on Gradio. Maybe even de3u would still work for you? It has the function that forces it to generate your prompt verbatim. Still works. My interface shows the revised prompt and the promptrevision kicks in only few times out of many.
In my screencap i used a no-no word (abs) and a brand name. The "revised prompt" field is small but you can see it was not altered and was made in anime style.

Filters are worse than ever. Really depends on what you're trying to make, and if it's even possible anymore. I can personally live with that with that when using that kind of styles, after alll I'm *explicitly* referencing 1980s anime there; it's the difficulty in working with smoother styles like watercolor illustrations that kind of bothers me, but each tool has its limits, I can only hope for a better/improved version. Prompt text seems to leak like crazy in 4o when asking for a character-sheet-like illustration. Tried adding some text of my own, but it didn't seem to help. Typing "No other text visible in the picture." does seem to help, instead. Now I understand why I've seen that instruction in some pictures on 4o's gallery.

Maybe a skill issue, but asking for descriptions seems to similarly cause weird leaks from parts of the prompt that I wouldn't really expect to get described (like the character's age). Placement of the text also looked kind of random.
