I recently started playing the game and pulled for the smol elf girl Cartethyia. I'm trying to increase her level cap but it's pointing me to a part of the map that is inaccessible. Is she stuck at this level until I get there? Because that would suck.

The guidebook gave me limited time access to bosses I haven't unlocked yet to farm some of the materials required, but if the other materials are still locked behind progression then it's kinda pointless.
