Hi I would actually love some help on that. I am female, 130 pounds and 5'6. I eat one proper meal a day, other than that I snack on fruits or have a sandwich. I do not count calories due to recovering from an ED. I cannot seem to trim up even now that I cut my meals down to only one. Is there a way to diet without counting calories?
