for some reason this makes me think about how good a graffiti tagging system would be in the game. It'd be a simple matter of sticker placement like in AMM, but CDPR could have had there be quests related to it similar to the boxing one. Place graffiti to antagonize gangs, vandilize company billboards, parcour up to areas to place graffiti that becomes part of your skyline, etc. Mods would then have added the entire sharty and wojack panoply and we'd have had cancerkino all over night city.
