Most people don't actually don't know what makes something Fine Art. Look at pic. The fact that is intricate and beautiful isn't the reason it's considered a fine art. It's what it meant to convey, which is beauty, every aesthetic detail put into it is because of the very honed craftsmanship of the painter rather than him being "good at art".
