Favorite new base spots in B42? I used this place for a while and it's pretty much perfect for rural homesteading and scavenging. I'm letting you in on mine so show me yours

>greenhouse isn't terribly useful as far as I can tell but there's also a chicken coop (no chicken spawn) and a pasture across the lake (sheep when I used it)
>small lake for fishing, additional water so you don't deplete the well washing blood off
>half-enclosed from the road by a tall privacy fence and trees, other half blocked by water
>low fence across the front of the property for a kill zone (or you can just break it and build an enclosed compound)
>numerous stories, basement with workshop
>lots of space for storing and working on vehicles
>whetstone, spinning wheel, currently-unused drill press etc already sitting there
>idyllic rural geographic location: right between ekron and echo creek, with brandenburg up the road and tons of isolated farmland for miles around to scavenge
>still remote enough to not have to really worry about wanderers showing up, alive or dead
