TODAY SHE TOLD ME WE NEED TO BREAK UP AND IT WAS ALREADY DECIDED.

>She vanishes for 24 hours, calls me later to tell me she was in the hospital
>I press her and she says she didn't tell call or text me about it because she didn't want to talk to me
>Then tells me we need to break up

She is acting like this is normal in relationships? Isn't it a massive stab in the back? After four years I thought it was like understood that you would talk about issues, you would give a warning if you're reaching the breaking point. You don't just stab somebody in the back one day without warning.

This is my first relationship so I do not know how this works.
