This is retarded and would be way too strong, but I would love it if we did have boosters for utility stuff. Namely the FRV and Exosuits. Select the booster and then you, and you alone get one for free and that's it. If used in tandem with the actual stratagem you get to call down another one without having to wait for the cooldown (also once).
