I am shameless and wishlisted this because a friend mentioned it. Its alpha test felt pretty good for how limited it was. Unfortunately, the dev seemed to have taken the playtest down after a few days, either because the few people who bothered to post in Discussions were complaining about being unable to find matches (mostly people not on the NA server) and not actually discussing the playtest for what it was, or there was simply nobody left in a multiplayer-only test and he pulled the plug.
I put in about a dozen matches over the first two days before it seemed everyone fucked off. Looked like I and two other people even knew there was double jumping and sliding. Everyone else was trying to play it like CS and barely got out of spawn before I was already jumping on them.
