maybe I'm being a pussy but I'm so fucking scared of going to the gym , the guys there are too intimidating and I'm awkward asf. I'm pre t so results will take longer to see.last time I went my trainer and some homeless guy made fun of me for not doing an exercise correctly.Sometimes I think about quitting and stop embarrassing myself but I really want to get into good shape. any advice that doesn't involve using steroids? I was considering drinking a bit before showing up just to take the edge off and relieve some of the (social) anxiety but I'm already uncoordinated so it's probably not the best idea.
