Really? Here you go, it was just to show crude the sketching can be to get a base for the inpainting. I think this inpainting was done with something like 75-80% denoising strength, so only 20-25% of the sketch are actually used. But that's more than enough to get a simple concept like a penis and pants pulled down done. It just about the colors being in the right place, as opposed to a 100% inpaint, which is a whole lot more RNG to get the dick in the shape and size that you want.

First of all, I like your videos. It's good to see that video models are getting so much better at consistency. I've just upgraded to an actual PC (not a laptop 2060 anymore) with a 3060 and will test Wan and FramePack and whatever other cool stuff is out by now.

I think the main problem many people have with these anime video is the fact that it looks too smooth - like a 3d animation, not actual anime. The 12 fps on 2s means each frame will stand still for 1 frame, which is then intended to be played at a 24fps playback rate to get typical "stop-motion, frame-by-frame" anime look. But even that would be quite fast for anime. Maybe a very fast action scene or a super detailed slow motion will have that many frames per second.

Most of the time anime uses 3 or even 4 hold frames, so the actual fps are only 8 or 6. It really depends on the stuff that is shown. The playback rate will always stay the same but the actual newly drawn or adjusted images aren't 24 for each second. Just open up any anime episode video file and go through it frame by frame. You'll see what I mean ;>
