I watched Zeta Gundam in its entirety three times in the past ten years and I couldn't make it past The Prologue when they started singing Happy Birthday. I actually started laughing because I thought the writing was so not subtle and corny. Like the guy writing that actually thought he was being clever, and I started cracking the fuck up. It reminded me of a Zack Snyder movie where you try to hard to look smart and you come up with some third grade metaphors lol. I never made it to the first episode. Sorry guys!
