Popularity contest is also stupid.
It should just be win screen the winners and losers see which shows the lineup of the winning team, along with some hero victory animation or emote, while just showing beneath each player if they did the most damage/kills/healing or some shit in the match.
So the entire winning team gets to stand in the spotlight and show off sins, animations/emotes and potential performance.
