i assume taiwan rewrites everything p-related with 星 because i remember telling my friend about pancouper's translation (溫哥華 -> 星哥華) though this was the hong kong dub (i was actually checking if they redubbed the english in the same movie because there are some japanese things they didn't dub)
unfortunately the chinese page for prichan is INCREDIBLY AUTISTICLY LONG AND DETAILS EVERY SINGLE THING IN ONE GIANT LIST so i can't tell you what they did for kiras but i assume its about the same
korean wiki lists parajuku's rename as 동우 상점가 and paparajuku as 아보카도 마을 can't be bothered to find anything else
though taiwan translated aipri literally this time instead of using 星光 so even if aipri did have puns they'd probably keep them
