What's up /b/tards. Who is this man? Why is he involved in a ton of left-wing stuff? Why do I keep hearing about him?

I don't know who this guy is, what he does, but he's somehow the main person behind the current state of the world according to some random people on the internet. Why do they think that? Is there any validity to it?
