Hardship is entirely brought on by people lying to me and bullshitting me and never giving me enough resources to do anything about my problems, like every job I've had constantly giving me almost no hours and shitty pay. I've never been offered full-time work and I've applied and begged for it over the years.

If other people are constantly bankrupting me, constanting demanding I give them resources, but give me practically nothing... that's hardship. I realized it's okay to just steal from them or whomever I have to at this point. I need to eat too and if they won't let me work and earn my food, I'll just steal their food.

No one is keeping track of good behavior and rewarding it.
They are just watching out for bad behavior and trying to punish it.
If they never see the bad behavior -- you get away with it.
