The end game will have small AI models trained to make sense within whatever you're doing, and to have kind of logical cut off points to the dialogue. So your prompt will be like "here is the lore for TES6, and I want you to make dialogue for this common NPC blacksmith who likes big butts" and you'll get some kind of LoRA that brings that blacksmith to life but won't babble about immersive stuff. Just blacksmithing and big butts.
