Not that I want to insert yet another woman into the mix of leaders, but the -actual- logical step for Troll leadership was Bwemba, since she was basically leading things in Vol'jin's absense. And partially an Alliance ambassador. May have also been fucking Vol'jin because he has kids somewhere.
Horde leadership meetings had her and Rokhan attend, makes more sense to make her the diplomat while he's still a main big dick leader for any Horde assault stuff.
