I mean you could just make sure you have the big hitters for them by adding a ton of Mickey Mouse (who only ever gets to play side-roles/stories in the euro/latino comics) and Goofy stuff. Mmmmaybe add the Goof Troop stuff?
That said Smash has like a shitload of japanese swordfighters only massive weebs know aswell, at the end of the day the main selling point would be how fun it is to play.
