I was moreso thinking Wittgenstein, but I've always thought they have similar perspectives on truth, Wittgenstein just focused more on the language aspect whereas Nietzsche on the psychological aspect. (which is ironic since Nietzsche is actually the linguist) picrel is something I could straight up imagine Wittgenstein saying.
