How do you get cans from the vending machines in xion? Some of them don't work

I have to admit, these past few hours seeing SB's numbers climb was the most hilarious thing I've seen on /v/ in the past few years.
A shame that americans stumbled right at the 100k finish line but I guess people have to sleep too.
