So I've finally come around to the understanding that it might be better not to dominate the senate too hard
I've been trying to cultivate a controlled opposition but one of the parties is stubbornly refusing to gather any support
I could eliminate them, but they're my favourite party in terms of their preferences since they're very easy to keep happy
What can I do to get them senate seats? I already have their leader campaigning, I promote him whenever possible, and I've fed them a bunch of gravitas, but he's still sitting on zero senators
I can't really hire more guys for them either because the prices for candidates are prohibitively expensive
