Call someone a narcissist. If they react with any form of anger, including passive aggression, they are a narcissist.

Any non-narcissist that gets called a narcissist will at least briefly consider the notion and wonder if they really have done something wrong and potentially even think "well fuck maybe I AM a narcissist" and apologize to try and fix whatever they did wrong even if they don't understand.
