Replaying the game so I can do phantom liberty for the first time. Doing a body+blade+shotgun build and I've been having fun with the sandevistan.
What level should I do phantom liberty at? So far I've only really done Judy's questline and a bunch of NCPD assaults since those are fun.
Also can my Mantis blades not deflect bullets?
