It's supposed to make night time much longer, there's also a variant that reduces daytime as well. Apparently it doesn't fuck with quests that are scripted to start at a certain time.
I'm replaying the game for the first time since launch and I find the city much less aesthetic during daytime.

Well, I can't see meshes in wkit because it doesn't work on Linux. I can use the Find Files that Use This search function because that doesn't work on Linux either.
So, I have to find everything by name and work completely blind.
The Deck doesn't have enough RAM to run wkit and 2077 at once, so there's no in-engine testing. I have to put an NPC together, close wkit, fully fire up the ganlme with it's five-minute boot time, and pray that everything worked.
To learn which submeshes to toggle I have to, in tnecase of NPC bodies, port them to Blender and make note of which submeshes do what. And for clothes, I found the easiest thing was to just copy an outfit using the article as many times as there are submeshes, and toggling each one for each 'fit until I find the one I want.
To find stuff I want to use, I have to browse NPCs in-game until I see one with something I want to try. Then I gotta ID the NPC with AMM, close the game and find the NPC through wkit, hope I can identify the article by name since I can't see it, add it to the NPC I'm working on, and just hope it works when I fire up the game. Rinse and repeat until I have a working outfit.

...Which is why I keep posting Judy in the same outfit lol

I'm playing with my own custom timeframe of 1hr irl : 3hr in-game, it's much more immersive this way especially with my imsim larp gameplay loop with dark future. Not only does time go slower but this also means weather conditions last much longer, I could conceivably spend a whole play session in stormy weather, I tend to play mostly during in-game evening/night because sunset lighting in this game is gorgeous, I make full use of my apartments to sleep through the mornings and days and start the days in the evenings to do missions or larp

This, I didn't mind it on release because I didn't fall for the hype and just wanted to try the game. But after coming back that part actually made me rage because it was clearly so much story you just weren't going to experience. Also they did fuck all to improve the starts, and V acts like a streetkid no matter what with the occasional dialogue to be someone who knows something if you spec into it, clashes so hard with the corpo I'm trying to play that makes me wonder why they even bothered if they weren't going to actually give different lines for the different starts. I want my V to be smooth and intelligent like T-Bug and not some street thug but it feels like you get pigeon holed into being that type of V no matter what.

Their final expansion literally double downs on it. They have Mr Blue Eyes show up in the Spaceport and who Songbird goes to on the moon. Reed's path is all about the Blackwall AIs trying to invade, if you get the weapons they literally tell you as much. You have the entire Peralez storyline that I'm pretty sure they said would continue in a future game, they even changed his eyes in the ending call from the launch version to have blue eyes (turned AI).

Mr Blue Eyes will either be the antagonist that fools V into thinking he's trying to stop the blackwall AI invasion but is actually facilitating it and you'll find out when it's too late. Or Mr Blue Eyes will actually be the good guy trying to stop the other Blackwall AIs and he needs something from the Crystal Palace to do so. It'll also be a test to see if V is capable of stopping the AIs

look at the chunks and see which one is the neck. the chunk numbers are different between ACM and Wolvenkit. one starts with 0, the other starts with 1 but they represent the same slot.
Spawn Goro and examine his components with ACM, find the name of his neck piece and replace something on your V with his neck piece. replacing nails with clothes usually works. then you can test turning off pieces of the body with the neck piece present.
