First of all, Knuckles was the strong one first. Amy can either get in line or get a new gimmick. I personally think that her being as strong as Knuckles trivializes both characters, so she should be more of a support role with her acrobatics and magic, like how she was in SA1 but with more utility.
Second: He can still have a goal, you just have to make one up the same way I just made up a story for him. You just don't wanna do that because you're a little bitch hater or some shit.
