Rent would be capped through a special fluctuating contract at 10% of monthly revenue, (you can negotiate with landlords in smaller cities, they're nervous from losing tenants too fast because of the bankruptcy waves). The real issue is actually not the rent, but all the license and insurance bullshit and bookkeeping/tax requirements (the govt are such niggers).
Obviously I'm not in it for the money, I'm a tough bastard, I'll sleep on a matress in the pantry if I have to, but I just can't do the office thing anymore. I'm a Europoor if you haven't figured it out by now, so I would probably be better off just going on welfare than make all this effort, I'd even get to keep my humble savings and stock protfolio, but I just hate the state too much to make the submission. I hate them more than I love coffee and I really love coffee.
