I think PS5 exclusivity deals with third-party developers is dead. Square Enix is vocally moving towards multiplatform releases for their biggest titles. Team Ninja is releasing Nioh 3 on PC day one. The upcoming Chink DMC, Lost Souls Aside, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and part of the China Hero Project, is releasing in just 2 months and it's coming to PC day one. There's just too much potential in the PC/China market to lock games exclusively to consoles.
Going forward, only first-party Playstation studios are going to be releasing their games exclusively on console day one and that's cause they can afford to. Most Playstation Studio games are targeting the West and specifically the US market, where consoles are still fairly dominant. But outside of those select games, it just doesn't make much sense not to launch on PC day one for Playstation or its partners.
