The right side of the top of the tree is strong, +5% movement speed and the +5% more toughness per kill are pretty huge. I understand that the TDR in coherency is appealing though, and you will still have a point to keep it.

Dogshit talent, has a fucking 30 second cooldown. The talent adjacent to it is actually stupidly good.
>For the Emperor
only lasts 5 seconds, it's a joke. The suppression next to it will actually help against gunners
>Focused Fire
You will ideally never reach 5 stacks of Focus, let alone 8. One to two stacks is enough for breakpoints and huge extra damage, you should be pinging everything all the time and not actually paying attention to the stacks because that will take away your attention from actually shooting and surviving.
