Anon, look at the official promo picture for Time Stranger. Outside of Dan (who might as well not exist considering all the promotion uses Kanan as the playable character, and all the players are using her instead), there's only one male character shoved far into the background compared to the four female characters in the semi-foreground. The series is definitely more otaku pandering
