Why is there so much CP?

I go on ponepaste and there's cp. I go on mlpol and there's cp. I go on nhnb and there's cp. What the fuck? Why? Why in so many respects? Why is there such a surplus of cp that people are able to post it regularly on sites like fucking nhnb? Why do it on sites like that in the first place? For what purpose? If these people are organized and deft enough at evading the law to produce and gather a series of some of the most incriminating material in the world (regularly, for some reason???), then why wouldn't they just make their own proxy sites instead of posting on various horsefucker websites? What the fuck? Why isn't this even talked about more? That there people out there producing such a large quantity of cp that they can post new material every other tuesday. Instead the news just wants to talk about tyrone's latest adventures with a gun. What the fuck??? Is this real life? Why isn't the govenment doing anything about this? Is the government themselves doing this? Why???
