Ultron's 50/50 on damage and heals in the Top 500. He's barely a healer so adjust accordingly and the Devs are going to laugh at you and crank out more hybrids and no role queue.

Jeff's being nerfed pre-emptively because of 3 teamups. 1 is more or less metal-I-Win button and the venom one brings him back up on par with other healers.
