Standalone Silk will be playable in Rock with You judging by the footage they've shown, and hopefully she won't be Exa exclusive.
I'm not sure if High Tension will have standalone Silk like its predecessor, it wasn't mentioned in Shooters Fes like Dark Cotton, but it's still possible.
