This is just my story but:

In short I think VShojo was the foundations for Phase in a way. Some of their talents like Lumi and Lia have openly stated they're inspired by a few of them. VShojo in 2025 is so far away from what people originally thought about "The VShojo Identity" that it's almost strange to hate them unless you find Ironmouse to be slimy or annoying or whatever.
Phase seems to be one of the only corpos that started small but has survived and gotten bigger. When VShojo was founded all their main members were 4views. Phase is actually growing so much that I watch them less because there are so many talents. One thing I thought they did well was slowly introducing new gens and the Invaders thing is a good idea too since they bring in existing audiences rather than cannibalize previous generations.
I can't speak for everyone but it feels like VShojo has gone from a friend group to Ironmouse's company of random nepo-hires who hardly stream. Zentreya seems to stream a lot if you're into that sort of thing. Henya is cool and cute and sexy, but she's the only one I would watch nowadays. Geega and Matara leaving shouldn't raise suspicion, they probably just wanted more money elsewhere.
