Spams HE and torps, its a Mogami class with the initial 6 inch guns and basically no armor, but it has a gun reload booster and can shit a LOT of 6 inch HE in a few seconds.

It has a decent citadel but its upper structure is weak and its turrets are literally made of 25mil plating.
