Is it time to declare Dinger a washout in Cup? This is his second attempt at a comeback, and he's still suffering. He could have a decent career in Xfinity, he was whooping all comers when he got busted back down the last time. I'd rather see him excel there than continue this Kyle Busch-esque pain carousel.
