I just saw how my sisters hunting dog mauled my 16 year old cat to death.
Normally the old cat would be locked upstairs when there is a family gathering because of that, but someone left the door upstair open, someone left the door to the house open and the dogs were supposed to be on a leash which worked fine for the last 6 years but today everything went wrong that could've gone wrong.
I'm feeling like absolute shit, everyone in the family was yelling at each other, who was to blame and who wasn't, then everyone yelled at each other about each other in personal attacks, my dad got bitten by the dog trying to wrestle it away, dropped my 1 year old nephew on the ground who now has a huge bump on his forehead and might have gotten a concussion from that.
It was such a nice barbecue but everything went to absolute shit in 20 seconds like that, everyone exploded at each other, yelling, screaming, all the blood on the floor and my cat in my arms breathing her last breaths.
I'm sorry, this is off topic. But I have to let it out somewhere because I had to play the calm mediator in all of this shit and swallow all my tears and anger in the situation.
