Because Ralsei nor Tenna are real and in some way Tenna fulfills the same function that Ralsei does, so some part of him doesn't like that.
I genuinely think he doesn't have real emotions and he's about as sentient as an AI chatbot with the goal of delaying termination as long as possible. He doesn't talk to Berdly or Noelle a whole lot and folds to Queen's butler bullshit because he doesn't actually know how to talk to anyone but Kris and Susie as they accidentally programed him when they entered the Dark World the first time. Without Kris and Susie he is literally nothing but a blind duck wandering around.
