Worst part is there's a HIGH-LARIOUS punchline that could've been salvaged by either having Eileen's dad walk away with a more neutral or defeated expression or by excluding the final panel altogether. It wouldn't even have taken away from the resolution of Eileen having her "me day."

There are ways to balance humor with heart, and the person behind this comic missed the opportunity right under their nose!
