It wasn't translated, but it got dropped by the sole dev themselves. They were trying to make a general Gundam era game that covered all the eras, but due to the eraMS thread participants (and maybe their discord, if they had one) nerding it out real hard about them Gundams (aka my Gundam is better than your Gundam), they gave up on it and decided to work on something else instead.

If all else fails I'd say just have a rough idea of what they're supposed to look like and using AI spend hours wrangling up something that you think 'fits' what she's supposed to look like
