The Christian God (Trinity), whether Catholic or Orthodox, is logically incoherent, which is why the official stance of the Churches is that of mysticism ("God is supralogical", i.e. above logic).
Only within certain Protestant branches can the Trinity be understood logically, though that comes with a cost (or what Churches call "heresies"):
1. polytheism; three separate gods (less common)
2. modalim; none of the three manifestations of God are individually fully God (more common)
