I thought it was common sense that both of the DLCs were better than the main game itself, and better than full games. Iirc, didn't Blood and Wine win RPG of the gear against Dark Souls 3? Not saying that it's actually better because Jeff's awards are a meme by themselves, but to even compare them together says a lot.
