I loved chapter 3, so much I still haven't started 4 cause I've been going for T-ranks and stuff and don't feel ready to say goodbye. Playing it the moment it released knowing next to nothing about it was almost like being a kid on Christmas morning. I think it does a great job being a fun colorful chapter while still having a great atmosphere. Basically I LOVE TV!
