Plenty will drop later on. Also, the little merchant guy at the Refugee Camp was selling them to me after finishing the temple. I didn't check for them before that, so I don't know if giving him an item I found in the area where they were made him able to sell them or if he sold them before that. I just know I used a fair amount of them. There are also more of those enemies in the forest.
