Meaning it's a divisive game, most people love it or hate it. I do think it has some novel mechanics for a worker placement game, unlocking your workers vs choosing to burn a pilgrim to go first, I also liked the hard blocking of spaces based on the worker value. You can really fuck people up in the later rounds by powering up a worker to shut them out of an action they really need. That being said I am an enjoyer of games with dice you're not allowed to roll.

There used to be stats when an online version of the game was hosted on Mabiweb, but that site went down a couple of years ago so I can't dig them up anymore. If I recall correctly in a 2 player game, the second player had like a 40% winrate. It would be a bit more smoothed out in higher player counts, but it's still pretty obvious that if you can end the game with one more action than the rest of table you'll have more tokens on average than the remainder of the players.
