they've got no reciprocity and even ethics is just a matter of being more street smart than the other person to get to fuck them over
this also includes the police that end up doing crime to solve crime
they are extremely few exceptions and the number of people that do not join in or become corrupt by association is dwindling
unless you have an impariment and are stuck in Romania, there is absolutely no reason to be here because if you are here you would have at least once been a criminal (due to bribes, etc)
they get the results of their own actions yet are still bewildered and unhappy with the outcome!
